Birch bark is such a calming material to work with, and is great for little bursts of colour in an outfit. These rounds are made with size 11/0 Czech seed beads, Birch bark from my home in Mi'kma'ki, and are backed with repurposed leather.

Reminder: handmade art- especially beadwork- is delicate, so please be gentle with it! To keep your new piece safe, try to either hang or lay flat when storing. Avoid tugging on beads/strands, getting wet, exposing to chemicals (ie: lotion, makeup, soap) or direct sunlight. Pets may try to damage items made with quills, dentalium, or hide- please keep beadwork safely out of reach of your furry, feathered, or scaled friends!
