These loom bracelets are all made of size 6 or 8 Czech seed beads and sinew.

I will happily remake a similar style once these originals have sold, but no two loom pieces will be the exact same. I enjoy being free with loom work and not rigidly following patterns.

I honestly love doing loom work. It's so rhythmic and calming to me. I've hosted workshops at my university Indigenous Student Centre, and it was interesting to see how the students I was teaching were able to understand it.
I always do research before a workshop, so I was able to show traditional work as well as the contemporary versions, as well as the evolution in materials and loom practices. Honestly, after all that research, I had spent the next three days sitting down and banging out piece after piece on the loom. I love it. Truly.

Reminder: handmade art- especially beadwork- is delicate, so please be gentle with it! To keep your new piece safe, try to either hang or lay flat when storing. Avoid tugging on beads/strands, getting wet, exposing to chemicals (ie: lotion, makeup, soap) or direct sunlight. Pets may try to damage items made with quills, dentalium, or hide- please keep beadwork safely out of reach of your furry, feathered, or scaled friends!
