Ribbon Drum Bags

Ever since I made the huge batch of bags for the Indigenous Student Centre at Laurier, I've had people asking me about if I would consider making more. And so, I have! These ribbon bags will all fit a standard size hand drum. They have all been smudged during the sewing process, as well as each having a handful of sage stems sewn between the layers.

Like the ribbon wrap skirt, these are NOT gendered garments, and are intended to be inclusive of the Indigequeer and Two-Spirit community. This collection of ribbon bags is made of partially upcycled fabric, and priced accordingly.

Each of these bags is different. The ribbons used are all from my personal stash, including some new materials alongside the scraps adopted from ribbon skirt workshops.
The fabrics include new material, collated scraps from workshops, and each inner front panel is made from the remaining sweatpants fabric left from when I made the huge wrap skirt.
As a fun bonus, two of the bags have the original sweatpants pockets! I figured that some added functionality wouldn't be minded!😘
